Welcome to the Feenyx family! Let’s get started by setting up your new Feenyx account.

Setting Up Your Feenyx Account
When invited to Feenyx, you will receive a message from a Feenyx administrator containing a link you need to create your new account.
That message will look something like this:
Click the link and select Sign Up from the Feenyx login screen.
Next, fill in the requested information, including password, full name, title, and role (if known).
Select Agree & Continue. You’ll land on the Get Started screen, where you’ll be guided to Invite Candidates to a Role (our term for the Feenyx Technical Interview).
Before you do this, though, take just a moment to set up your Notifications.
Notifications
Click on the down arrow next to your name in the top right corner of the screen, and select My Notifications.
Your notifications are essential to keep you informed and to help keep the candidate’s time in the hiring process as minimal as possible.
We recommend you leave all default email notifications turned on except for the first option, as this may unnecessarily clutter your inbox.
If your organization uses Slack, select Add to Slack to connect your Slack account and receive real-time notifications where you think they will be most beneficial.
Slack notifications are most helpful to alert you when candidates are shared with you for review and when a candidate is in the Waiting Room (this applies to interviews conducted with Live Rooms).
Accessing the Feenyx Platform
Once you have completed the initial Feenyx account setup process, you can log in to your account from app.feenyx.ai/signin.
This link will take you directly to the sign-in page.
We recommend that you bookmark this page in your web browser.
Your username will always be your work email address, and if you forget your password, you can select Forgot Password to reset it.
You can also always visit feenyx.ai and select the Sign In link from the top right corner of your screen.

If you run into any problems, have questions this guide doesn’t cover, or need to speak with a Feenyx team member urgently, you can contact support in two key ways.
The quickest way to reach us is to use the Support Chat. Access this by clicking on the chat bubble you’ll see in the bottom right corner of the screen, no matter where you are in the Feenyx platform.
