You can connect Feenyx with Eightfold to send assessments directly from Eightfold and automatically sync results back to the candidate profile.
What you’ll need
Before getting started, make sure you have:
Admin access in Eightfold
Your Feenyx API key
Don’t have it yet? Reach out to support@feenyx.ai
Step 1: Open the app installation page in Eightfold
Log in to Eightfold as an admin and navigate to:
Step 2: Install the Feenyx app
From the Eightfold navigation:
Go to Apps
Click Install App
Search for Feenyx
Step 3: Enter your Feenyx connection details
Fill in the following fields:
Feenyx API Base URL:
https://api.feenyx.aiFeenyx API Key: Available from the Feenyx Support Team at support@feenyx.ai
Step 4: Set the trigger stage
Choose the Stage where you want the Feenyx assessment workflow to be triggered.
Leave all other settings as the default values.

What happens next
After the integration is configured:
Moving a candidate into the selected stage will display the Feenyx assessment selection component
A recruiter can choose an assessment and send the invite
When the candidate completes the assessment, the results are automatically added back to the candidate’s record in Eightfold
